Beta Period

Beta Period Terms

Please read the following which outline the Beta period conditions. These should be read in conjunction with the SimplaCRM Terms and Conditions.

The Beta period will last for three months from 21st June, 2010 to midnight PST, 21st September, 2010.

You are invited to sign-up for a Beta account for this period in order to trial and test the SimplaCRM system and assess its value for your business. We welcome any feedback and comments about the SimplaCRM service in order to make it a better product for your needs.

Cost

The cost to participate with a Beta account is a one-off payment of AU$55.00 for the three month period. In the event that we feel that the Beta period needs to be extended, your one-off payment will cover any extension of the Beta period. You will not be asked to pay more.

End of Beta

At the end of the Beta period, all Beta accounts will be terminated or transferred to a regular payment account. If the SimplaCRM service is of value to you and you wish to continue using it, you can opt-in to our regular payment account system in order to continue the service without any break.

If you decide that you don't want to continue using the SimplaCRM service, you can allow your account to terminate which will end any obligation by us to provide the SimplaCRM service and will end any obligation by you to us.

The regular account will be activated on a month-by-month basis that you can cancel at any time. The cost for the regular accounts will be less than $50.00 per month. The final pricing will be determined and notified to you at least two weeks prior to the end of the Beta period.

Data

All data that you create or have in your SimplaCRM account is backed-up on a regular basis as part of our data security and safety process. You can also create a local back-up of your data at any time. As this is a Beta period, it is advised that you do back-up your data from time to time.

Feedback

As part of using the SimplaCRM service, MRK Development will provide you with the opportunity to submit comments, suggestions, or other feedback regarding your use of the Service. You agree that in the absence of a separate written agreement to the contrary, MRK Development will be free to use any feedback you provide for any purpose related to SimplaCRM.
