Twitter Integration
Twitter integration will allow the matching of followers to contact records in the database as well as some simple tracking tools that will automatically work out if a new contact is a Twitter user. This system will also allow the broadcasting of tweets to your profile with Bit.ly links that are then reported for analysis to the Analytics area of SimplaCRM.
Google Analytics Integration
An API integration will allow the retrieval of Google Analytics data into your charts to represent what is occuring in the system. It will also allow for cross-data analysis so when a campaign is done via SMS (for example) or a Twitter link is posted, a marketing action can be automatically added to your Google Analytics profile for the Business Catalyst website giving you better and more quantitive feedback.
SMS Integration
Send SMS messages to users and broadcast alerts are two very handy features that will be coming to SimplaCRM in the near future. The brodcast will incorporate Clickatell, so the registration of an account with them will be required.
Advanced Customer Segmentation
Segementing users for profiling is an important marketing tool. Our new SimplaCRM Segmentation tool will allow you to look at what a user has in their profile to allow the updating of actions. For ezample, you will be able to do a Segmentation action to select all males in a certain age range and country that have filled out your support form and then add the results to an email campaign to survey the user group.
Product Management
The new Product Management tool in SimplaCRM will allow you to have any size file available for download. These files will be linked into either Rackspace cloud or Amazon EC2 hosting, allowing you access to unlimited space and bandwidth.
Javascript Bridge
Having a javascript bridge allows javascript includes to be used. In a secure zone this will mean the ability to retrieve large json objects or javascript arrays that contain information about a customer. This means you will no longer run out of Business Catalyst modules and it also means you can show any data within SimplaCRM to a logged in user. We also are developing other tools to check if an email address is unique by using jsonp for member signup procedures.
