Filter and Search

Finding contacts in SimplaCRM is fast and easy.
You can search by firstname, lastname, email address, customer type, lead type and any combination of those fields.
You can Filter by the first letter of the first or last name.
All search results can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on the title of the field in the data table.
Search is fast as well. We built SimplaCRM from the ground up to be fast. We have tested it on databases with over 60,000 members and have yet to have SimplaCRM queries take longer than two seconds to respond on complex queries. This means you can locate customers faster, reducing the guess work and reducing frustration for your customer service staff.

Dash display for a customer

We have a dash display for our customer detail page that allows instant access to the features you need to manage that customer. Using tabs, accordians and overlays, everything you need to know about your customer can be accessed from one screen without refreshing, making for faster, easier and more effective management of your system contacts..

Notes and Tasks for a customer.

Using notes and tasks in Adobe BC is possible but we've found that use of this function is pretty much non-existent due to the interface design. In SimplaCRM, we've made the interface totally intuitive and useable. You can easily access your own Task and Note features. Notes can be attached not just to a customer but also to Cases or Orders.
The system can combine multiple connections to a task. One task can be associated with a Case, Contact or Order. No matter which interface screen you are in, the tasks or notes that are associated with your customer are visible at all times.

Quickly add a new Customer

You can easily add a new contact or update their details directly from SimplaCRM. This makes it an excellent way for your customer service staff to interact with your BC customer data and manage your CRM.
