Does your system work with Web Apps ?
Unfortunately there is no API for webapps available from Business Catalyst.
As soon as new features are released from Adobe we will update our system to make the most of them.
How much will the system cost when it goes live?
We want to keep it under $50 per month for our basic account.
Depending on how much resources the system uses we may even get it under $30 per month. We are still doing the Analytics and testing on the system to understand hardware requirements.
How long does it take for my support queries to be answered?
For Beta we dont have a set SLA but we are looking at providing one in the near future.
We will always do our best to resolve your issues within 24 hours.
Are there any system requirements?
We recommend using the most up-to-date browsers. Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome are the best options. You can use IE8 to access SimplaCRM but it does not provide the best performance for the system.
We do not test the system for IE7 or IE6 and SimplaCRM is not supported for these browsers at this stage.
When does the Beta period end?
The Beta Period ends on the 21st of September 2010.
How often are new features released into SimplaCRM ?
We do a weekly update that includes new features.
Bug fixes are roled out each night from our SVN system.
