SimplaCRM Refund Policy

The beta version of SimplaCRM is a three month service for a one-time fee. It is provided at a low cost for a full service. If you decide that you no longer wish to use the beta SimplaCRM service, you can cancel at any time. However, as you will have used some services prior to cancelling, we do not provide any pro-rata or full refunds.

The beta service may go past three months, but you will not be charged any more if it does - your beta service payment will cover your extended access to the beta version.

Once the beta period ends and SimplaCRM becomes a regular service, the SimplaCRM service becomes payable on a month-to-month basis which you can cancel at any time.

The service will automatically cease at the end of the period to which you have paid or immediately if you choose.

As the service is payable one month in advance, when you cancel you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the month in which you cancelled. If you downgrade your plan part way through a billing cycle, you don't receive a pro-rata refund of the difference.
